(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the myweekend.ai platform and all associated modules (myweekend.ai, myfood.ai, mytrip.ai, mysport.ai) as well as the associated website at www.myweekend.ai.
(2) The provider is Justus Schölch, Albert-Schweitzer-Straße 76, 81735 Munich (hereinafter "myweekend.ai", "we" or "us").
(3) These GTC apply exclusively. Conflicting or deviating conditions of the user are not recognized unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

(3) The availability of individual modules may vary. Modules that are not yet available are marked as "Coming soon".

(2) By registering, the user automatically agrees to these GTC and the privacy policy.
(3) The user undertakes to provide truthful information. When registering, a valid email address and other data required for personalization (e.g. city, interests, dietary preferences) must be provided.
(4) The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
(5) An account is personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
(1) The use of the platform and the modules is only permitted for persons aged 18 and over (of full age).
(2) By registering, the user confirms that they have reached the age of 18. Minors are not permitted to use the platform.
(3) myweekend.ai reserves the right to delete accounts of minors without prior notice.
(1) New users are entitled to a free trial period of 4 weeks (Free Trial) for each module.
(2) The Free Trial applies only once per email address and module. Re-registering with the same email address within 12 months after the first Free Trial expires does not grant another Free Trial.
(3) After 12 months without an active subscription, a new Free Trial may be granted.
(4) The Free Trial ends automatically and without requiring cancellation. The Free Trial never converts automatically into a paid subscription. After the Free Trial expires, access to the respective module is deactivated unless the user actively concludes a paid subscription.
(5) An active, conscious action by the user is required to conclude a paid subscription. There is no automatic conversion, no automatic debit, and no automatic renewal from the Free Trial.

(3) Billing is monthly in advance. Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe or Base44 Payments.

(1) The subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation can be made directly in the dashboard under the account settings.
(2) Upon cancellation, access to the respective module ends at the end of the already paid billing period.
(3) Refunds of amounts already paid are not granted. If the user cancels between two payment dates, the amount already paid for the current billing period is not refunded. Access to the module remains until the end of the billing period.
(4) Cancelling a single module does not result in the deletion of the account. The user can delete their account completely at any time (see § 8).

(2) AI-generated content is marked accordingly on the platform.
(3) Despite careful review, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. No guarantee is given for correctness, completeness and timeliness.
(4) The user undertakes to check independently before making decisions based on the recommendations (e.g. event venues, recipes, travel destinations).
(1) The user undertakes to use the platform only for its intended purpose and not to publish content that violates applicable law.
(2) The user may not misuse the platform, in particular may not:

(1) myweekend.ai is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
(2) Otherwise, myweekend.ai is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) through grossly negligent behaviour. In this case, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable contractual damage.
(3) Liability for the correctness, completeness and timeliness of AI-generated content is excluded insofar as legally permissible.
(4) myweekend.ai is not liable for the content of external links referred to in the recommendations.
(1) The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy, which is available at www.myweekend.ai/privacy-policy.
(2) By agreeing to these GTC, the user consents to the processing of their data in accordance with the privacy policy.
(1) The content provided on the platform (texts, images, layouts, logos) is protected by copyright unless otherwise indicated.
(2) The reproduction, distribution or other use of the content beyond the contractual use requires prior written consent.
(1) myweekend.ai reserves the right to amend these GTC if there is a legitimate interest, in particular due to legal changes, new modules or changed services.
(2) The user will be informed of significant changes by email. The user may object to the change. If an objection is raised, the subscription ends at the time the change takes effect.
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) The place of jurisdiction is Munich, insofar as legally permissible. For claims against consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction at the consumer's place of residence remains unaffected.
(3) If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose.
(4) The platform does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
